How do Guarantees assist companies/corporations to obtain financing and commercial loans for infrastructure/commercial projects? With a Guarantee, corporations may obtain funds/commercial financing on terms and conditions that are more advantageous, and give the client greater "equity" in a project.

Bridging Finance
Bridging finance may be used where the client is securing a loan from another funder/investor, to solve a financial problem, in order that a commercial transaction can proceed. In the majority of situations, 'bridging finance' provides additional funding, permitting a company can continue to advance their transaction with other funders/investors.
