Bridging finance can be arranged, and is used where the client is securing a loan from another funder/investor, to solve financial problems, in order that a commercial transaction can proceed. In the majority of situations, “bridging finance” provides additional funds permitting a company to advance their transaction with funder/investors.

We are able to assist with traditional Bridging Finance facilities for Sums in excess of US $5million for short to medium term.  The procedures and protocols are similar to Project Finance type transactions.

The Bridging Facility / Application is assessed on a case by case basis and may be applied to a multitude of transactions and contractual undertakings, such facilities may be useful to customers.

Registration Fees are payable and are based on a sliding scale with a Minimum Registration Fee being declared at US$12,500.  There are additional Charges involved depending on the type of security offered, risk assessment and creditworthiness of the proposed transaction to which such facility is to be applied.

The time frames for Bridging Finance are kept to a minimum and accordingly, should you or your corporation require such interim facilities we would be pleased to receive your advice.
