The minimum Commercial facility that may be considered US$100,000 with facilities in excess of US$5,000,000 being available. All inquiries are treated on a case-by-case basis and reviewed by our Executives. AMS executives have many years of experience in areas such as hospitals/medical facilities/nursing homes/retirement villages, hotels/resorts, schools/universities, mining, light and heavy engineering, ship manufacturing, general industry, aircraft, energy, rail & road transport to mention but a few areas in which we may be of assistance.
