Allied Mortgage and Securities Pty Ltd has available, project financing/commercial loans for customers for infrastructure, and industrial projects from $US 10 Million to $US 2 Billion.

For facilities in excess of US$10 million we are able to offer very competitive rates, terms & conditions.  The procedures and protocols are similar to Venture Capital in that a Proposal is lodged in summary form, if seen to be of merit advanced through the Credit Committee, Treasury Committee and to our Board of Directors.

The maximum Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) is 66.6% for such facilities, with Security being Real Property as independently assessed and valued.

Should the Security be Income producing Real Property, the facility that may be provided is subject to assessment and examination of the income stream, leases, contracts and / or arrangements as entered into that generate such income for the customer to support  the funding as provided.

We will consider various forms of security and types of transactions with facilities being for fixed terms, with fixed interest and / or variable interest.  These transactions do not attract penalties for early discharge.
