Due Diligence Explained

Allied Mortgage and Securities Pty Ltd, is involved with a Venture capital /equity investor banking syndicate, and can offer clients who are seeking Venture capital /equity investor participation in their project.

Below is an outline of details and information as to Venture capital involvement of this banking group.

These facilities, allow you to raise the full amount needed to complete a project.  The Venture Capital Group requires a minimum of 35% equity position in the project and will provide 100% of the facility if needed. 

This generally necessitates the creation of a separate operating entity, and / or corporate vehicle specifically for the project to be undertaken.

Venture Capital facilities have a maximum duration of 10 years, are interest only, and offer a right to early discharge without penalty being applied.

Lodgement, Registration, Preliminary Due Diligence, and Legal Fees are applicable. A Legal Due Diligence ‘Escrow Account’ lodgement, is also required, this cost is reimbursable at settlement.

NB:     All fees and charges may be reimbursed by addition to the loan amount provided the total does not exceed 105% of the project cost.

Interest rate is fixed for the duration of the facility. Current rate is 7.5% but subject to change without notice.
